We only collect strictly necessary data: your first name, last name and email when you contact us via the form, and booking details when you register for a camp via HelloAsso.

Purposes

  • Reply to your contact requests.
  • Manage your booking and participation in our camps.
  • Inform you, on request, about upcoming events.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted or anonymised.

Processors

We use HelloAsso (bookings and payment) and a hosting provider (Lovable / Cloudflare). No other sharing takes place without your consent.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection on your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@ridewithglow.com.
